1. Booking & Payments
We like to keep things simple and hassle-free. To confirm your tour with us, we may ask for a small deposit or full payment upfront. We will always communicate pricing and payment details clearly with you before you commit.
2. Flexible Cancellations
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or adjust your trip, just let us know as soon as possible. We will do our absolute best to offer a full or partial refund, minus any out-of-pocket costs we may have already covered (such as non-refundable hotel bookings). We're always happy to work with you to find the best solution.
3. Itinerary Changes
Your safety, comfort, and experience are our top priorities. Sometimes nature has its own plans (like sudden weather changes), which means we might need to tweak the itinerary. If that happens, we promise to work closely with you to find incredible alternative routes or activities.
4. Our Promise to You
We act as your dedicated guides and travel partners in Sri Lanka, and we promise to take the best possible care of you. While we cannot be held responsible for completely unforeseen delays, lost personal property, or independent third-party issues, we will always go the extra mile to assist you in any situation. For your own peace of mind, we do highly recommend grabbing personal travel insurance before your trip.
5. Health & Accessibility
We want everyone to have a wonderful time. Please make sure your travel documents (visas, passports) are up to date. Most importantly, let us know in advance if you have any specific health needs, accessibility requirements, or dietary restrictions so we can tailor the journey to be perfectly comfortable for you.
